Due to a shortage of drivers, Henry County Public Transportation is temporarily suspending extended service trips to the Quad-Cities, Peoria, Galesburg and Princeton. we apologize for the inconvenience. If you have any questions, please call the office at 309-854-7433.
H.C.P.T. is always taking applications in case of a vacancy. A drivers duties consist of providing safe, courteous transportation using mini vans and 14 passenger busses, following all state, federal, and local rules/policies. Qualifications for position are: HS Diploma/GED, a valid IL driver's license, good driving record, and passing all required background checks. An application may be found on the materials page. Please complete and return to Rob Ramsey at 1100 N. East St. In Kewanee. We keep applications on file for 6 months, in the event of an opening, each application received within that time frame will be considered for the vacancy. EOE
