No-Show

A no-show is where a rider fails to give 1 hour's notice of a cancelation or fails to complete the ride scheduled.  1st no-show;  the rider will be informed of the policy and if there are not any no-shows within 60 days from the 1st no-show, the rider will start over with a clean slate.

If the rider has a 2nd no-show within 60 days from the first, they will be notified via phone and informed that they are going to be placed on probation for a period of 60 days.  If the rider does not have any no-shows within that 60 day period, the no-shows will drop off and the rider will again have a clean slate.

If a 3rd no-show occurs within 60 days from the 2nd, the rider will be placed on suspension for a period of 30 days.  After the suspension, the rider will be able to ride again and will have a clean record.  All no-shows will be looked at in a careful manner:  If extenuating circumstances prevented the rider from cancelling, a no-show may be excused.
